Come and visit the historic London home of Charles Dickens, the very place where 'Oliver Twist' was written.
Most visitors opt for general museum admission tickets. This allows for self-guided exploration at your own pace. A free audio guide can be accessed on your smartphone and/or our souvenir guide is available for purchase providing additional detail. Museum admissin is Wednesday to Sunday 10am to 5pm. At certain times of year and on special days we operate amended opening hours.
If you would like to immerse yourself in the historic house then choose one of our guided tours. Join a small group out of hours for an exclusive experience. House tours are generally scheduled ever second Wednesday at 5pm and at 9am on occasional other days. Visitors, especially those regularly returning to the Musem, seeking in depth perspective will enjoy our curatorled tours. Be sure to book ahead, spaces are limited.
